Create Quizzes

Overview

Zift PRM Training provides all the tools needed to create and deliver a comprehensive training program to internal staff, partners, and the public. Zift Training software can support either virtual or classroom training and allows both directed and on-demand training.

A Zift PRM Quiz is a pre-defined set of questions and answers offered to students who are studying a particular module. The Questions are multiple choice, and may have a single or multiple valid answers for each question. The Quiz may be time-limited, and have a maximum number of permitted attempts.

Before You Begin

• Log into PRM Admin with elementTask Level 2 rights or greater. 
• You should have previously created a Question Pool.

How to Create Quizzes

1. Navigate to Training > Quizzes.
2. In the green menu bar, click Add.
3. Provide the Quiz Definition Parameter values.

   Parameter	Type	Description
   ID	Auto-number	This will be the unique identifier for this specific Quiz. It is automatically generated by Zift PRM after you save the Quiz definition.
   Quiz Title	Text	A user-friendly name for this Quiz.
   Time Allowed for Quiz	Number	The number of minutes that the user will be granted to complete the Quiz.
   Questions Per Page	Number	Number of Questions that will be displayed on a single Page.
   Attempts Allowed	Number	The number of times that a user can attempt the Quiz.
   Pass Mark	Number	The number of questions which the user must answer correctly to pass the Quiz.
   Questions per Quiz	Number	Number of Questions to include in the Quiz.
   Quiz Header	Text	Text information to display at the top of the Quiz page.
   Quiz Footer	Text	Text information to display at the bottom of the Quiz page.
   Active	Radio Button	Control whether a Quiz can be administered to users.

4. Click Save.
5. The Screen will refresh an allow you to select any combination of questions from the existing Question Pools. Click Add to select from more than one Question Pool
6. Click Save.
