Create Question Pools

Overview

Zift PRM Training provides all the tools needed to create and deliver a comprehensive training program to internal staff, partners, and the public. Zift Training software can support either virtual or classroom training and allows both directed and on-demand training.

A Question Pool is a set of questions that can be added to a Quiz.

Log into PRM Admin with elementTask Level 2 rights or greater.

How to Create Question Pools

To create a Question Pool, do the following:

1. Navigate to Training > Quizzes.
2. Click Question Pools.
3. To create a new Question Pool, click Add. Provide a name for your new Question Pool in the Question Pool Ref field.
4. Click Save. The screen will be refreshed and the Manage Questions link will be visible.
5. Click Manage Questions. The displayed screen will list any existing Questions. The list will be empty for a new Question Pool.
6. You have two options for adding Questions to the Question Pool.
   1. Select Add to manually create individual questions through Zift PRM Screens.
   2. Select Bulk Add Questions to upload a MS Excel spreadsheet with all of the Questions. You can download the Excel template by clicking Excel.

    

How to Manage the Question Pools

To manage the Question Pool do the following:

1. Navigate to Training > Quizzes.
2. Click Question Pools.
   1. To edit an existing Question Pool, click on the Question Pool Ref. This will allow you to change the name of the Question Pool before modifying the Questions.
   2. To edit the individual Questions, click the Manage Questions link.
3. Click Save.
