Zift PRM Training provides all the tools needed to create and deliver a comprehensive training program to internal staff, partners, and the public. Zift Training software can support either virtual or classroom training and allows both directed and on-demand training.

Use Training Programs to facilitate use by multiple training administrators. Zift Solutions recommends the following procedure to create online, on-demand Training Programs. These are sets of one or more Courses that Partners can complete in any desired order.

How to set up On-Demand Training

1. Add a Training Program.
2. Load online Courseware.
3. Create Quiz.
   • Create Question Pool
   • Set up Quiz.
4. Set up Modules including the Courseware and Quiz.
5. Set up Courses including Modules.
6. Create Portal page to display the Course.
