Overview
Zift PRM Training provides all the tools needed to create and deliver a comprehensive training program to internal staff, partners, and the public. Zift Training software can support either virtual or classroom training and allows both directed and on-demand training.
Certifications are Directed Training programs that confer a certificate of personal qualification once a pre-registered user has successfully completed the mandatory Modules. Certifications are a mechanism to encourage individual users to maintain or increase the knowledge and skills they need to fully engage with your Partner Program.
Certifications are flexible and support:
- Time-bound or indefinite validity: Each certification can be set to expire after a set time, encouraging users to keep their knowledge current. Alternatively, you can set them to be a permanent achievement.
- Update options: Help Partners remain current with new products or offers by offering Courses to update their Certifications.
- Integration with the Activity Scoring schemes: granting users and organizations points according to the number of certifications their users hold.
